Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via www.nazaninskinalchemy.com.

Article 3 — Products

All products by Nazanin Skin Alchemy are handmade in small batches using 100% natural ingredients. Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations in colour, scent or texture may occur. This is not a defect but a characteristic of an authentic natural product. all products are only for external use.

Article 4 — Prices

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will only be processed after payment has been received.

Article 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. Nazanin Skin Alchemy is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Nazanin Skin Alchemy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our cosmetic products are sealed for your safety and hygiene. Once the seal has been broken the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This is in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

Have you received a product with a broken seal upon arrival or a damaged product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@nazaninskinalchemy.com with a photo of the product. We will find a solution for you.

Products with an intact seal may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 8 — Complaints

Not satisfied? Please contact us at info@nazaninskinalchemy.com. We will respond within 3 business days and work together towards a suitable solution.

Article 9 — Liability

Nazanin Skin Alchemy is not liable for allergic reactions to our products. We always recommend performing a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor.

Article 10 — Privacy

Your personal data will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
